Refund Policy

Cancellations by you

If you cancel a booked session at least 48 hours before it is due to start, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are not normally refundable, although a free reschedule may be offered at my discretion. Under UK consumer law you may also cancel within 14 days of booking. If you ask for a session to take place within that period, a proportionate charge may apply for any part of the service already provided.

Cancellations by me

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If a session cannot go ahead because of a technical problem on my side, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost. If a session is interrupted and cannot be completed, the remaining time will be rebooked or refunded in proportion to the time lost.

How to request a refund
