About these terms
These terms apply to your use of helakuart.com and to any creative direction, brand strategy or design discovery session booked through it. The site and its services are provided by Helaku Whyles, a London based Creative Director. By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please email helakuart@gmail.com before booking.
Bookings and payment
Sessions are booked and paid for through this website. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Prices are shown at the time of booking, and any work beyond the agreed scope of a session will be quoted separately and agreed in writing before it begins.
Sessions take place online unless agreed otherwise. Please join on time, as sessions cannot always be extended if they start late. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property and governing law
All work, images and written content on this site belong to Helaku Whyles or are shown with the permission of the relevant clients and collaborators. They may not be copied, downloaded or reused without written consent. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ideas and materials you share during a session remain yours.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Last updated 22 September 2026.
